BMM invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Independent Power Producers (IPPs) for wheeled energy to its Black Mountain Mining Complex. The IPP project must meet the following criteria:

• Full Regulatory and Statutory Compliant.
• Eskom BQ Process initiated
• Capacity Allocated by Eskom as per IGAR requirements
• Capacity Allocation securities paid by IPP to Eskom

The Project can be made up of singular or a mix of:

• PV Solar Project stand alone or/not compulsory BESS
• Wind Project stand alone or/not compulsory BESS
• Mix of PV Solar and Wind or/not compulsory BESS
