The Gamsberg and Black Mountain Concentrator plants produces a Zinc metal in concentrate (MIC). Silica and Manganese contaminants are present at Gamsberg and Cobalt contaminants present in the Black Mountain concentrate. VZI invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the design and execution of a Concentrate Quality Improvement Program, with specific focus on reducing Silica, Manganese and Cobalt levels within its Zinc Products. This will include mineralogy as well as process engineering studies to develop appropriate flowsheet modifications at our operations. Interested Parties should have a proven track record of competence, knowledge, and experience of successfully execution of process design projects.
