VZI is seeking a strategic partner for the long-term off-take agreement for Sulphuric Acid from Sulphuric Acid Plant at Skorpion Zinc Mine & Refinery. The Acid Plant is expected to become operational within the next four to six months. Once operational, the plant will have a production capacity of approximately 1,000 tons per day. The Sulphuric Acid produced will have a concentration of approximately 98%, making it suitable for industrial and metallurgical applications. Delivery arrangements will be on an ex-works (EXW) basis from Skorpion Zinc.The scope includes:

• Off-take of Sulphuric Acid from plant
• Planning & Management of logistics for handling sulphuric acid from plant
