VZI invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced property developers for the development of a strip mall in Aggeneys, Northern Cape. The proposed development will follow a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model - ±4000m² Floor Space, with the developer responsible for the design, construction, ownership, and long-term operation of the facility to provide retail and commercial services to the local community, mine employees and surrounding areas. As part of the development initiative, the selected developer will be expected to contribute meaningfully to local socio-economic upliftment. This may include:

• Job Creation: Prioritising local labour during construction and operation phases.
• Enterprise Development: Providing opportunities for local small businesses and vendors to operate within the mall.
• ESkills Transfer: Offering training and development programs for local youth and entrepreneurs.
• Community Engagement: Collaborating with local leadership and stakeholders to ensure the development aligns with community needs.
