VZI invites EOIs from qualified and experienced business partners for a long-term strategic engagement at Black Mountain Mine (BMM). We are seeking a partner to Build-Own-Operate- Transfer (BOOT) a comprehensive solution for Earthmoving & Crushing Operations, Load, Haul, Stockpiling & Re-feeding, Oversize Rock Breaking, Road Maintenance (~159 km) and Crushing Circuit Optimisation.

The project, located at Swartberg & Deeps mines, Black Mountain, entails a 5–7 year engagement with a monthly throughput of approximately 130,000 tons.

This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate on a technology-driven, environmentally responsible mining initiative, with a focus on operational efficiency, fines recovery and sustainable practices.
