VZI invites Expressions of interest from qualified and experienced business partners for a strategic engagement at BMM to manage and optimise the inbound and outbound logistics operations in the mining sector, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective warehousing, transportation and handling of spares/materials, and mineral products. This scope includes:

• Inbound Logistics: Warehousing, transportation and handling of mining equipment, spare parts, fuel, explosives, and other consumables from suppliers to mine sites.
• Outbound Logistics: Transportation and warehousing of extracted minerals (e.g., lead, copper, zinc) from mine sites to ports, or customers.
