VZI invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from leading consulting firms to design and implement a comprehensive cost transformation program that sustainably reduces COP by $300/t or more while strengthening operational resilience and stakeholder confidence.

The primary objectives are to:

• Conduct a holistic diagnostic of COP drivers across mining, processing, logistics, and commercial functions.
• Identify structural, operational, and commercial levers to reduce COP sustainably
• Develop a phased roadmap with quantified impact, milestones, and governance.
• Support execution through implementation assistance, supplier negotiations, and capability building.
• Ensure alignment with VZI’s broader transformation agenda (safety, sustainability, digitalization, and people development).
