The scope includes:
- Plant operations - end-to-end running of the 4.5 MTPA concentrate plant to meet throughput, recovery and quality targets
- Maintenance - planning and execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, shutdown management, and spares/inventory planning
- Procurement - sourcing, contracting and management of spares, consumables, services and third-party contractors required for plant operations
- Reagents management - sourcing, quality assurance, inventory and consumption optimisation of process reagents and chemicals
- Performance management - delivery against agreed KPIs covering production, cost, safety and reliability, with regular reporting
- Safety, health, environment and community (SHEC) - full compliance with VZI's SHEC standards and applicable statutory requirements
- Digital & AI-enabled maintenance and optimisation - deployment of AI/digital tools for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, real-time process and reagent optimisation, and plant performance analytics
