Black Mountain has one ageing pond and two sill traps that are next to each other. Requirement is for proposals and methods to clean the two sill traps and reclaim approximately 8000 MT of Zinc concentrate from the ageing pond without hampering on-going plant operations and damaging the plastic liners. Final product having maximum of 20% moisture content for further drying in shed. There is no other pond available to transfer pond material from plant operations hence this have to be performed without hampering on-going plant operations.
